This policy describes how RichterFoundation (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use richter-foundation.org, our shop flows, and related services. - Account & orders: name, email, delivery address, payment reference (payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies as described in our Cookie‑Hinweis.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to fulfil contracts (orders), pursue legitimate interests (website security, analytics, improving content), and comply with legal obligations. Where required, we rely on your consent (e.g. non-essential marketing cookies).

We keep order and tax records as required by law, typically for several years. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
